How To Log In

This article walks you through how to log into Civic Match and access your dashboard.

Steps

  1. Go to the Civic Match log in screen.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Civic Match account. Click continue.
  3. Follow the verification prompts to log in. 
  4. Once logged in, you’ll land on your Hiring Manager dashboard.

Tips

  • You may receive a verification code to your email if logging in for the first time. 
  • Use the email address, or login method (i.e. Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn), you used when you first joined Civic Match.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive a verification code in my email.

  • Emails may take up to 3 minutes to receive. Confirm your verification email did not go to your spam folder.
