How to Create Your Civic Match Account
This article walks you through how to sign up for a Civic Match account as a job seeker. By requesting access to and using Civic Match, you’re confirming you meet our eligibility criteria and agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Steps
- Go to Civic Match.
- Use your personal email address or preferred platform integration to sign up. A verification code may be sent to your email.
- Complete your profile details and click Save profile.
- Your profile is now active! Start browsing the job board for your next opportunity.
Tips
- Ensure your profile is complete and highlights your skills and experience, as employers will see your full profile.
- Bookmark the Civic Match link for easy access.
- Know someone else who is eligible for Civic Match? Encourage them to sign up and add Civic Match to their job search toolkit!
Troubleshooting
I’m unable to complete my profile sign up in one sitting. Will I lose all of my progress?
Your progress is safe with us. Return to Civic Match at your earliest convenience to resume creating your Civic Match profile. Please note that until your account is complete, you will not have access to the Civic Match job board.
I submitted my profile, but I still don’t have access to Civic Match. / My profile is still pending. What should I do?
We couldn't automatically verify your eligibility status. The Civic Match team is reviewing your profile, which may take 24-48 hours. You will receive an approval confirmation email once your account is ready, allowing you to begin browsing the Civic Match job board.
