How do I log in to Civic Match?
Eligible Civic Match job seekers can log in at app.civicmatch.org/sign-in. Your Civic Match account is your central hub for job searching. Use Civic Match to manage your profile, look for available jobs, and keep your search organized.
I am having trouble logging in to my Civic Match account — what do I do?
Confirm that you’re using the same email address or login method you used to create your profile. If you have forgotten your log in information, use the forgot password button to receive an emailed verification code to regain access to your account. If you are still having issues logging in, email support@workforamerica.org or visit our support page for further assistance.How do I find and apply for jobs with Civic Match?
You can search for, save, and tell us you’ve applied to jobs within your Civic Match account. If you already have a Civic Match profile, log in and navigate to Browse Jobs. The job board is automatically sorted to show you the newest postings first, but you can filter and search by city, state, tags, experience level, or remote options.
How do hiring managers find me when I join Civic Match?
State and local hiring managers actively use Civic Match to discover and connect with candidates through the resume bank, virtual career fairs, and personalized support from our team. By keeping your profile updated, saving jobs, and participating in events, you increase your chances of being matched with the right opportunity.

Please let us know ASAP! Once you accept your new job offer, log in your Civic Match account and deactivate your profile by navigating to My Profile > Profile Status. Click the red Deactivate Profile button, and follow the prompts.
