How To Edit Profile/Upload A Resume

Ensure your Civic Match profile is always current so employers are reviewing your most recent information. This guide explains how to edit your profile after submission.

Steps 

  1. Log in to your Civic Match profile
  2. Using the navigation menu in the top right corner, click My Profile.
  3. Use the edit buttons to modify any profile details such as your current location, desired roles, or geographic preferences. 
  4. Click Save.
    1. Updates can be made at any time and will instantly publish once saved. 

Tips

  • You can upload a new version of your resume by clicking the Edit button in the Professional Experience section and scrolling down to the Upload Resume field. 
  • If you change your email address in your profile, use the updated email address to log in to your Civic Match account moving forward. 

Troubleshooting

My resume is not uploading. What should I do?

Verify you are uploading a resume in an acceptable format (PDF/DOC/DOCX). If your resume is not in one of these formats, please resave it and try again.
