InnovateUS provides no-cost, at-your-own-pace courses for public service professionals. Their courses focus on data, digital, innovation, and AI skills. Here are a few our team recommends:
- The Innovation Skills Accelerator: Based on research with thousands of public servants across three continents, this problem-solving curriculum gives you the digital, data and innovation skills to deliver more effective, equitable and engaged policies and services.
- What Works: Fast Field Scanning with AI: This course is designed to help public professionals accelerate the process of finding and implementing urgently-needed evidence-based solutions to public problems. It’s a great way to understand the strengths and limitations of AI tools.
- Google.org Certificate Program Scholarships for Public Professionals: Free access to Google certification in areas like Digital Marketing, UX research, and Data Analytics. These are useful skills for any public section professional, who often finds themselves doing a little bit of everything. Plus, these are certifications to help strengthen your resume.
