Sharing A Shortlist

When collaborating with other hiring managers on a role, you may want to share your shortlist for others to review or make updates. This guide explains different ways to share your shortlist.

Steps

  1. Locate your shortlist. You can start from either place on your dashboard:
    1. Go to My Roles and find the role you built a shortlist for.
    2. Go to Shortlists and find the role you built a shortlist for.
  2. Click on the number of candidates you have shortlisted to open your shortlist. 
  3. Select Actions, then choose one of the following options: 
    1. Copy Candidates: Copies a snapshot of each candidate’s profile details, including their current role and employer, LinkedIn, and a direct link to their Civic Match profile.
    2. Copy Emails: Copies only the candidates’ email addresses– ideal for direct outreach.
    3. Copy Link: Copies a direct link to your shortlist so a colleague can view it in Civic Match and collaborate on it.

Tips

  • You can continue to modify your shortlist, such as adding and/or removing candidates, even after sharing a link to a colleague.
